Apparently this guy has figured out anti-gravity, patented it, can make ships that travel at 800 g (like the UFOs do) and is inviting qualified scientists to view the results.
I saw him on the European press conference held this year on UFO’s, available on YouTube at http://youtu.be/uDRkJn2NkE4 (They have abused the video with a commercial at the start now).
He is the second guy on the video: - go to the video at time point 9:28; he is Dr. Claude Poher, a French scientist. He gives information about his patented technology and issued an open invitation for qualified personnel the view what he has been working on for decades. In short, in my opinion, it looks like he has found the key to using what he calls “Universons” to power up “emitters” that give out bright LED-type “UFO” light that produces its own power and makes an anti-gravitational field; on one video it shows an “emitter” making a bright light that looks like it causes a metal beam to lose weight and rise up on its pivot.
He claims he can can produce power to make something go so fast that it experiences 100 g’s (our fighter pilots black out at about 4 or 5 g’s, I think) and this source of power could soon become available to us. I believe the military probably already has it and is using it, causing many ufo sightings that come from Earth, and we also get visitors from far away that may use it to a greater refined extent; if they can go faster than light, then that brings up the use of wormholes, time travel, all sorts of things.
Also, if you remember, it was just announced that the Hadron Collider produced faster than light results, which was supposed to be impossible (Einstein).
